W. Dick II |
John W. Dick II, 33, joined
Sunset Management in November 2000. John is actively
involved in Sunset Management's development projects
in and around the Denver area. Currently, he is
involved with the 16 acre Jefferson Marketplace
shopping center in Littleton, Colorado as well as
a 372 lot residential development in Roxborough.
He also manages the Jefferson Corporate Center office
park grounds.
Prior to Sunset Management, Mr. Dick resided
in California working as a cinematographer on
various independent features, shorts, commercials
and music videos.
Mr. Dick attended the Vancouver Film School,
graduating in the top three of his class. He also
attended USC University of California Film School
and was awarded best short film in two categories
and was also in the top of his class in cinematography.
In 1991, Mr. Dick graduated from Denver University
with a degree in Economics with a Business and
Theater minor. Prior to attending the University,
Dick traveled extensively and lived in Japan for
one year where he earned a second degree black
belt in Kendo. Born and raised in Colorado, Mr.
Dick enjoys skiing, snowboarding and tennis. He
is married to Helena Li, a native born Chinese,
and they have one son John III and one baby on
the way.
