Fishman |
Alan Fishman is President of
Sunset Management Services Inc. located in Littleton,
Colorado. As General Partner of Land Securities
Investors Ltd. (LSI), he is responsible for numerous
development projects in and around the Denver area.
Currently, Sunset Management and LSI along with
partners Peninsula Retail Development and GM Realty
Advisors, LLC are developing the $20 million Jefferson
Marketplace shopping center, a 16 acre site in Littleton,
Colorado. Fishman is also developing Chatfield Farms,
a two phase, 372 lot residential development in
Roxborough, south of Denver.

John W. Dick II, 33, joined
Sunset Management in November 2000. John is actively
involved in Sunset Management's development projects
in and around the Denver area. Currently, he is
involved with the 16 acre Jefferson Marketplace
shopping center in Littleton, Colorado as well as
a 372 lot residential development in Roxborough.
He also manages the Jefferson Corporate Center office
park grounds.

Carter Ewing, 38, is a founding
principal of PENINSULA RETAIL DEVELOPMENT based
in Newport Beach, California. PENINSULA RETAIL DEVELOPMENT
specializes in retail shopping center development
throughout southern California and in the Sacramento
region of northern California. Currently PENINSULA
RETAIL DEVELOPMENT has 6 active developments underway,
containing more than 250,000 square feet of retail
buildings and valued upon completion in excess of
$45 million. Prior to forming PENINSULA RETAIL DEVELOPMENT,
Mr. Ewing was the Managing Regional Partner for
Koll Development Company in Denver, Colorado.

Kopp |
Kim Kopp has been with Sunset
Management Services, Inc. since November 2001. In
her capacity with Sunset Management, she manages
the office building at the Jefferson Corporate Center
as well as the office of Sunset Management.
Prior to joining Sunset Management, Ms. Kopp
has accumulated a diverse business background
with twelve years of experience in human resources
including recruitment, training and generalist
experience with Coca-Cola Enterprises, Target
Corp., and KUSA-TV, Denver. She has also been
associated with ARAMARK Educational Resources
and HealthCheck in various business capacities.
Ms. Kopp earned a Bachelor of Science in business
from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
